ADNI Electronic Data Capture (EDC)
The
ADNI Electronic
Data Capture (EDC) is a used by ADNI research sites to view,
enter, and update clinical data collected for ADNI, ADNI GO, and ADNI 2. The EDC
is not available to outside researchers.
The LONI data archive
is used by research sites to upload MRI and PET scans conducted for ADNI. ADNI
Cores use LONI to download scans to conduct quality control checks, and to store
reconstructed images. Data from the North American ADNI’s study participants,
including Alzheimer’s disease patients, mild cognitive impairment subjects and
elderly controls, are available from this site to researchers worldwide.
