Department: | Radiology/Center for Neuroimaging |
Country: | United States of America |
Proposed Analysis: | Our team will begin data preparation for extracting planned and novel MRI and PET endophenotypes for use in whole genome association analyses after the genetic data become available. In addition to planned analyses (e.g., hippocampal atrophy) we plan to employ pattern recognition tools to extract novel phenotypic information. Further details are available upon request and we welcome collaborative projects with other groups. |

Proposed Analysis: | ADNI data, among other cohorts, will be used by the Alzheimer’s Disease Sequencing Project Phenotype Harmonization Consortium (ADSP-PHC) investigators with the mission to facilitate phenotypic data harmonization for ADSP participants with genetic and genomic data. The ultimate goal of the ADSP-PHC is to generate harmonized data that will become a “legacy” dataset. This effort represents a multi-disciplinary approach leveraging interdisciplinary expertise in large-scale genetic and genomic studies, clinical neuroscience, neuroimaging, psychometrics, and bioinformatics. This proposal will procure, collate, curate, and harmonize endophenotype data from ADSP cohort studies including ADNI. |
