Proposed Analysis: | We aim to develop novel statistical modeling and machine learning methods in prediction of the Alzheimer's Disease, by using brain structural and functional measures from the T1, resting-state and diffusion weighted MR images. We will further improve the prediction accuracy by integration of both the genetic and imaging biomarkers. |
