Proposed Analysis: | Comparing Risk Factors for Mild Cognitive Impairment and Alzheimer's Disease Between Hispanic and Non-Hispanic White Subjects I'm conducting a meta-analysis study, including data from ADNI, to determine how different risk factors contribute to mild cognitive impairment and Alzheimer's disease between Hispanic and non-Hispanic white (NHW) subjects. A preliminary analysis showed that having the APOEe4 allele is more of a risk factor for MCI and AD in NHW subjects. I would like to see if this difference is due to biological differences or demographic differences. I'm interested in demographic, genetic (APOE), clinical diagnosis, medical history, and CSF variables. |
