Proposed Analysis: | By collecting the RS fMRI data of NC, EMCI, lmci and ad groups, we explored the abnormal patterns of brain network in MCI and AD patients, and explored the effective biomarkers. Furthermore, deep learning technology is used to process the three-dimensional brain image data to extract effective features and predict the course of AD. According to the RS fMRI data of the subjects, the static brain network and dynamic brain network features are constructed. The statistical analysis method is used to analyze the differences between the static brain network features and dynamic brain network features of the subjects in different stages, and then the multi-source feature fusion algorithm is used to accurately classify ad disease. |
